★★★★★ I looked on the Internet for a local supplier and came across this company. I contacted them and spoke to the Managing Director Mr Eardley. He promised to come the next day at 9:00 am to give an estimate. He arrived on time as promised which gave an excellent first impression. He talked me through the various options and at no time was there any hard sell or pressure to make a desision. Yet another plus point. Having decided on a colour for a new electric roller shutter door he promised to e-mail an estimate through later that day. Again excellent, later that day I received the estimate. Having made such a good impression I decided to accept the estimate. Within two weeks Mr Eardley contacted me to let me know the door was in stock and asked "when would it be convenient to fit the door". A date was set and as promised he arrived on that date. He fitted the new door, took away the old door and left the area clean and tidy. He also talked me through the operation of the door. Excellent customer service from start to finish and I cannot fault anything. If you are reading this and thinking of a new door then do not hesitate to contact Mr Eardley, you will not be disappointed
